Pet Policy

We love your pets and are excited to welcome them to their new home! We allow up to 3 pets per home.

Pet rent: $30 for cats and $50 for dogs

Pet fees: $500 for dogs and $300 for cats

No breed restrictions

Qualifying Rental Criteria

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process. 

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

Community Fees

Application Fee: $50 and $150 deposit on approved credit 

Admin Fee: $350
